A group of Ministers of countries whose nationals were killed during the accident flight MAU in Iran, 8 January 2020, continues to work to uphold the full responsibility of the perpetrators. This is stated in the joint statement of the International group for the coordination of assistance to victims of the disaster UIA PS752, the press service of the foreign Ministry of Ukraine.
“On this occasion, the members of the steering group would like to assure the families and friends of the victims, our group of Ministers continues to work together defending full responsibility, transparency, justice and compensation, as well as a full, independent and transparent investigation to help the families and loved ones to overcome the grief that they are experiencing,” reads the statement.
We will remind, in night with 7 on January 8, near the capital of Iran crashed passenger plane Boeing 737, which belonged to the UIA. On Board were 176 people, including 9 crew members. Among the victims were 11 Ukrainians, two were passengers. Most of the victims were from Iran and Canada.
On Saturday morning, January 11, the General staff of the Iranian Armed forces said that the Ukrainian aircraft Boeing 737 was hit by a rocket launched military center of the Islamic revolutionary guard.
