Ukraine has ordered to prepare documents about the violation by Russia of the UN Convention on the law of the sea.

The Tribunal under the Convention on the law of the sea UN has ordered Ukraine to prepare the documents till 19 Feb 2018 on the claim against Russia on its breach of the UN Convention on the law of the sea 1982.

This is stated on the website of the Permanent court of arbitration in the Hague.

We will remind, on may 12 in the Hague began the organizational hearings on the suit of Ukraine on the violation by Russia of the Convention on the law of the sea.

During the meeting, the Tribunal held consultations with the parties on the procedural framework of the arbitration, including the calendar for oral and written statements .
