The whereabouts of the eight people allegedly were in the burnt building of the Odessa College of Economics, law and hotel and restaurant business, is still unknown, said Prime Minister of Ukraine Alexey Goncharuk.

“8 people are still missing. Rescuers do not stop searches. The government will provide full support to those who have lost loved ones. Please accept my sincere condolences”, – Goncharuk wrote in his Telegram channel on Sunday.

He recalled that the government set up a Commission to investigate the causes of the fire in Odessa, and said that their results should be submitted till December 20. “We will investigate. The results of the investigation until December 20. The guilty will be punished,” wrote the head of government.

“Found out that the last building of the College took place 5 years ago in June of 2014. Then highlighted the main breaches, and this year, the building was not even the priority for inspection,” – said Goncharuk.
