Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman held a meeting of the Organizational Committee on preparation and holding in Ukraine in 2017 of the song contest “Eurovision”, where the participants discussed preparation to the competition, sales of tickets and issues.
According to the Department of information and communication of the Secretariat of the Cabinet, the Prime Minister urged the rest of the day to solve the problem with the ticket. “The availability of tickets and explaining that when sold must be”, – he stressed.
V. Groisman also instructed the border guard and customs services to ensure a smooth border crossing for cargo equipment for the contest, “that no machine connected with “Eurovision”, not standing on the border”.
Discussing the issue of security during the preparation and conduct of the competition, the head of government noted that at each event must be provided with unprecedented security measures .
The meeting was attended by Vice Prime Minister Vyacheslav Kyrylenko, the mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko, the representatives of the national Council on television and radio, the presidential Administration, law enforcement agencies, and SSES of the state border service, and members of the government.
