KRASNOYARSK, March 20. /TASS/. Management of Federal service of court enforcement officers across Krasnoyarsk region registered the first collection Agency in the region, reported the press service of the Ministry.

“The office of the Federal bailiff service for the Krasnoyarsk Krai issued the first certificate of registration information in the register of legal entities engaged in debt collection as a core activity. The official documents giving the right to communicate with debtors received OOO “Rus” was registered in Krasnoyarsk”, – stated in the message.

As previously reported, from 1 January 2017 collection agencies in Russia, started to operate under the new rules. To conduct such activities, included in the state register, which started Federal service of court bailiffs (FSSP) of Russia . Those who willfully will conduct collection work face fines. For citizens whose activities are not included in the register of collectors, the fine will range from 50 thousand to 500 thousand rubles, and for legal entities – from 200 thousand to 2 million rubles.
