The new rules are introduced from 26 may 2019, according to the order of the Ministry of labor, reports “Russian conversation” with reference to “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”.

The paper is a continuation of the law which reglamentary rules of indexation of pensions below the subsistence minimum.

Under the new rules means that first extra social benefits, and then the pension itself. As a result, the income of pensioners after each index will be above the subsistence level.

Due to new requirements, will be held indexation of all payments below the subsistence minimum from January 2019.

As previously reported, “Russian conversation”, senators of the Federation Council of Russia has approved the bill providing for doindeksatsii pensions above the subsistence level.
