ULAN-UDE, February 12. /TASS./ The construction of five secondary schools to eliminate three-shift education in Buryatia will begin 2018. This was reported to journalists on Monday during a visiting session of the Committee on education and science of the state Duma in Ulan-Ude the head of the Republic Alexei Tsydenov.

“We need to build five new schools, and this construction is in any case will begin, regardless of, will give us the money [from the Federal budget] or not. We have worked with [potential] investors the option of concessioning. To close the third shift we need to begin to build schools this year, the problem is in 2019, three-shift training is to liquidate,” said Tsydenov .

He added that the authorities of the Republic, given the limited funding, developed the scheme of the concession agreement, it provides for the construction of all five schools at once, payment for them will be carried out within 10 years.

The Deputy of the state Duma, the Chairman of the Committee on science and education Vyacheslav Nikonov expressed confidence that the Federal government will support the killings in this matter.

“Federal funds will certainly, because of Buryatia in the problem area, this is one of the few subjects where there is a third change related largely to the surge in the birth rate,” – said Nikonov.

According to Tzudenova, the Republic is now working in three shifts, seven schools in the third shift study of nearly 1 thousand 350 people. For the construction of five schools in Buryatia should be about 2.3 billion rubles.
