Group of companies Cereal Planet, one of the leading producers of cereals in Ukraine, plans to change the place of registration from Cyprus to Poland, the company said on the website of the Warsaw stock exchange.

According to the report, the meeting will consider the issue on August 12.

Cereal Planet, according to her, takes up to 10% of the Ukrainian market of cereals. The monthly production capacity is 4.5-5 thousand tons.

The owners of GK are Anatoly and Alexander Vlasenko (as 33.54% and 29,93%, respectively), Alexandr slavgorodskiy (29,93%), Igor Dobruskin (5.5 percent).

By the end of 2018 Cereal Planet got EUR162 thousand of net profit, in line with the target for 2017 year, its sales rose 1.5% to EUR18. 9 million.
