KIEV, December 29. /TASS/. Primorsky district court of Odessa was again taken into custody of Russian Evgeny Nefedov that was previously excluded from the list on the exchange of prisoners, together with other Russian citizens. “The ruling of the investigating judge is valid till 18 Jan 2018,” read the judge, adding that “the appeal may be filed within five days”.

The court session passed in the closed mode, before that it was accompanied by provocations by right-wing organizations.

Eugene Meadow among the activists of “antimiani” were accused of organizing riots in Odessa in may 2014, when the result of arson House of trade unions killed 48 people. Together with 14 Russians were also excluded from the list. Representative of Kiev in the Humanities subgroup of the contact group Viktor Medvedchuk said that Ukraine would include Russian citizens on the list for the exchange of prisoners in the Donbass due to the current between the CIS countries of the Convention. It provides that persons who have committed crimes can only be issued through official channels to the foreign Ministry.

In turn, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said that Ukraine may release the arrested Russian citizens only in exchange for prisoners in the Russian Ukrainians.
