The operator of the satellite and fixed communication company “Datagroup” (Kiev) has received a license for the provision of a comprehensive system of protection of information (CSPI) to develop services for government agencies and businesses.

About this in comments to “Interfax-Ukraine” said the Director General of the company Mikhail Shelemba.

“We have working closely with government agencies, as a major operator, CSIS – just one of the tools meet the needs of this niche clients,” he said.

According to Shelemba, services, CSIS and secure communication are very popular among the government agencies.

“For commercial organizations is not so important, but the essence is important. For example, many in addition to traditional services such as data transmission and Internet charge an DDOS attack protection, remote monitoring and so on”, – said General Director of “Datagroup”.

“Datagroup” has received the license of State service of special communication and protection of information on the implementation of the business activity providing services in the field of cryptographic protection of information (except for services of electronic digital signature) and technical protection of information March 25, 2019. Thus employees of Datagroup received the right to conduct an examination of information security systems in-built integrated systems of protection of information (CSPI).

As earlier reported, Datagroup develops optic network in cities with room under 5G and considering the purchase of small operators.

Datagroup in 2018 income increased by 17.6% compared with the 2017 – to more than 1.5 billion, EBITDA by 24%. In addition, the company has significantly reduced credit debt: 2.8 хEBITDA in 2018 to 1хEBITDA at the beginning of 2019.

Datagroup company established in 2000, is the largest B2B operator in Ukraine and provides services in more than 90 settlements of Ukraine. The company provides an Internet connection, provides services of telephony, television and video products as well as cloud services from Microsoft and protection from DDos attacks.
