Tube length of 10 km was formed on the Kiev – Odessa highway in the direction of Kiev in the area of Krasnoznamenka (Odessa region), said Advisor to the head of the Main Department of Ukraine in Odessa region Ruslan Forostyak on his page in Facebook.
According to him, the traffic jam occurred due to weather conditions and several accidents.
“The movement is limited, consider this, or even drop the journey,” added R. Forostyak .
