Eastern Europe is going to develop a complex plan of restoring order, security, which should be considered different components. This was stated by the third President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko after a speech at the Baltic-black sea forum, the correspondent of TV channel “112 Ukraine”.
“We have to have a round table, which will help us to develop the tools to fight this scourge. We have to talk about many elements – diplomatic, military, economic, financial, humanitarian and other things. We should prepare for the difficult plan to restore order security in Eastern Europe”, – Yushchenko said.
As the correspondent of TV channel “112 Ukraine”, Yushchenko made a speech at the forum, which was greeted by applause. The theme of the speech was the armed conflict in Europe and in Ukraine, in particular the armed conflict in the Donbass .

During his speech, Yushchenko called Russia an aggressor and said the failure of the Budapest Memorandum. According to the former President, it is necessary to expand the list of countries that will participate in the discussion and settlement of the armed conflict in the East of Ukraine in Minsk negotiations.
As reported, Lithuania started the second day of the Baltic-black sea forum of ex-presidents of the countries of Eastern and Central Europe. On the forum there are former presidents of Latvia, Moldavia, Bulgaria, Estonia and Ukraine – Leonid Kuchma and Viktor Yushchenko.
