“I ask: to accept this application and for 24 hours to make appropriate data in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations; to initiate an investigation of a criminal offense under part 1 of article 110 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. To provide a document confirming the acceptance of this application and its registration in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations. Upon completion of the preliminary investigation the materials of the case sent to the court,” – said in a statement.
