As reported, in March of this year Vladimir Makeenko became the owner of 9.5% of the TV channel “Tonis”. At that time 80% of the share capital remained for the company “Tonis” (the contribution of 13 million 385 thousand UAH), 9,5% – V. Makeyenko (the contribution of 1 million 589 thousand UAH 468), 10% remains in A. Butko (the contribution of 1 million 673 thousand 125 UAH), 0,5% V. Ursula (fee – 83 656 thousand UAH).

In March, the TV station also announced a new stage of its development. The main direction of the channel is information-analytical broadcasting .
