MOSCOW, April 4. /TASS/. Moscow OFAS Russia initiated a case against JSC “RZD” on the grounds of violation of the Antimonopoly legislation stated in the message of Antimonopoly service.
According to the position of the Federal Antimonopoly service, Russian Railways had abused its dominant position by refusing to comply with an agreement on positioning and unloading of wagons and their cleaning of the railway track adjacent to the Khovrino station of Oktyabrskaya railway.

Thus, according to the service, Russian Railways has provided similar services until the end of 2016, a number of other counterparties, with the wording “in exceptional cases” .
“At the moment in Moscow OFAS Russia discusses several antitrust cases against JSC “RZD” on the grounds of irregularities, which are expressed in the rejection of the conclusion and the performance of public contracts, including filing and cleaning of cars. The lack of objective technological reasons for refusal by the natural monopolies is the basis for imposing administrative sanctions”, – said the Deputy head of Moscow OFAS Nikita Polishchuk, quoted by the press service of the Antimonopoly body.
