Two high-ranking security officer joined the Supervisory Board of the Navapolatsk refinery.
The government has appointed five state representatives in the management bodies of Novopolotsk “Naftan”. This follows from the decision of the Council of Ministers No. 441 dated July 1, 2019, writes tut.by.
According to the document, representatives of the state in JSC “Naftan” appointed Deputy Finance Minister Dmitry Kiyko, Minister of economy Dmitry Krutoy, the Chairman of the concern “Belneftekhim” Andrei Rybakov, Deputy Chairman of the KGB Ivan Tertel and the Deputy Minister of internal Affairs — the chief of militia of public safety Nikolay Melchenko.
At the beginning of the year, the government started changes in the corporate governance bodies on a number of state-owned enterprises. At the end of March a representative of the state in the “Naftan” has been appointed head of Lukashenka’s administration Natalia Kochanova</b>. She headed the Supervisory Board of this petrochemical enterprises.
99.8% of the shares of “Naftan” is in state ownership. Revenue for 2018 amounted to 7.4 billion roubles, net profit — 4,5 million Short-term loans and borrowings at beginning of the year exceeded 1.3 billion rubles. On the “Naftan” employs nearly 10 thousand people.
