Forbes magazine has compiled a list of the hundred most influential Russians of the century, the three leaders which included Yuri Gagarin, Joseph Stalin and Vladimir Putin. This was reported on the newspaper’s website.
It is noted that the list was made according to the results of a survey among readers and experts.
So Gagarin was chosen for 52.2% of the readers of Stalin – 44,6%, Putin is 44.6%.
The top ten hit poet and actor Vladimir Vysotsky, the inventor Mikhail Kalashnikov, the designer Sergei Korolev, a politician, Vladimir Lenin, Marshal Georgy Zhukov, co-founder of Google Sergey Brin, the Creator of Vkontakte and Telegram Pavel Durov and one of the founders of the first Soviet hydrogen bomb, human rights activist Andrei Sakharov .
