The Prosecutor’s office of Autonomous Republic of Crimea reported about suspicion to the four employees illegally, “the Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea”.

“Prosecutors” suspect under part 1 of article 438 of the criminal code of Ukraine (violation of the laws or customs of war), the press service of the Prosecutor of the Crimea.

The investigation revealed that the suspects, implementing aggressive policy, aimed at the persecution of Pro-Ukrainian population of the Peninsula, and knowing that on the territory of Crimea are solely the legislation of Ukraine, violated the prohibition of harassment of individuals who are under the protection of the Convention for the protection of civilian persons in time of war, of 1949, for acts committed before the occupation.

The suspects also “prosecutors” during the prosecution of Pro-Ukrainian activists for allegedly organizing mass riots illegally to apply the criminal legislation of Russia.

“Three “prosecutors” illegally created Prosecutor’s office of the Republic of Crimea during the year, systematically applied to a “court” of election and the extension of the detention of one of leaders of Majlis of the krymskotatarsky people. One of the “prosecutors of the Department” have supported the public prosecution in court proceedings and participated in the legal debate, groundlessly accusing a person of a crime he didn’t commit. As a result of these actions, “the court” sentenced one of the leaders of the Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people to 8 years of imprisonment,” – said the Prosecutor’s office of Crimea.

At the moment, the suspects declared wanted. Militiamen take measures for establishment of their location.
