MOSCOW, March 7. /TASS/. Scheduled for Tuesday the dilution of forces and means near the village of Lugansk in the Donbass did not take place because of the position of Kiev. This was stated by the Plenipotentiary representative of Russia in the contact group on the settlement of Ukraine, Boris Gryzlov.

“Unfortunately, breeding again, for the umpteenth time, did not take place. No reason for this, but the position of the Ukrainian side was not. Waiting for comments of the Special monitoring mission of the OSCE on this issue,” he said.

The participants of the contact group on conflict settlement in the Donbass on March 1 agreed on the breeding 7 Mar of forces and means in the area of Stanytsia Luhanska. This settlement was one of the first so-called security zones, which were to be created in the Donbass, according to the agreements in September of last year . However, to date, to achieve the withdrawal of the armed forces was possible only in two places – near the village of Petrovskoe (proclaimed DNR) and the city of gold (declared LC). All attempts to create a security zone near the village of Lugansk are still inconclusive.

Previously Deputy head of the Luhansk military and civil administration on security Yury Klimenko has once again stated that to carry out the withdrawal of Kiev will be ready only on condition of compliance “regime of silence” for seven days. In turn, the national police LNR declared readiness to withdraw weapons from the area of Stanitsa Lugansk without such preconditions, but the guarantee of a retaliatory action by the Armed forces of Ukraine.
