Sports news: This is the third win for the Ukrainian in his career.

Ukrainian fencer Olga Harlan won the world Cup-2018. In the overall standings, it was ahead of the Russian Grand Sofia and Anna Marton from Hungary.

For Ukrainian women it was the third triumph at the world Cup. In 2013 and 2014, she also became the best in the overall standings.

On recent European and world Championships Harlan showed the best results. At the European championship, she left a single tournament in the 1/8 finals, losing to the Romanian Bianca Pascu. And at the world Championships she failed to defend her title, losing in the 1/16 finals to the Chinese player, Yaqi Shao.

Olga Harlan is chetyrehbalnoy medalist of the Olympic games. She won two bronze medals in the individual sabre (2012, 2016), as well as gold and silver in team (2008 and 2016 ).
