Deputy foreign Minister for European integration Olena zerkal has suggested that already in the summer of 2018 will hold hearings on the consideration of the International court of justice (the Hague) in fact on the claim of Ukraine to attract Russia to justice for committing acts of terrorism and discrimination for its illegal aggression against Ukraine.

“This next year. I think that our Memorandum will be in about 6-8 months, and then next year will be a consideration sometime in the summer”, – said E. zerkal on the air “channel 5” on Friday.

The diplomat also noted that the Russian side can request quick consideration by the full jurisdiction on the suit of Ukraine, not waiting for the Ukrainian Memorandum on the point.

She also recalled that on may 12 there will be a meeting of the court regarding the immediate scheduling of the consideration of the case in fact .
