SAP asks court of Appeal to set proportional to the damage cash Deposit, as an alternative detention in the amount of 2 billion UAH.

The head of the Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors Nazar Golodnitsky expects an indictment against ousted SFS head of the Roman Nasirov will be sent to court in two months.

About this Holodnitsky said the TV channel “inter” on March 12.

Holodnitsky also noted that SAP asks court of Appeal to set proportional to the damage cash Deposit, as an alternative detention in the amount of 2 billion UAH.

“The prosecution remains unchanged, we will require detention with the alternative – a Deposit of 2 billion UAH, i.e . the amount of damages which the suspect is charged with. We have provided all the evidence confirmed at this stage of the criminal process all risks, including the risk of escape, namely the presence of another nationality”, – said the head of SAP.
