Police are considering one of the versions of causes of the fire in the hotel “Tokyo star” in Odessa, the ignition wiring in the switchboard, said the chief of the National police in the Odessa region Oleh Bech.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman instructed to immediately begin large-scale inspections of places of recreation of citizens, especially hotels and resorts.

In the Unified register of pretrial investigations included information under part 2 of article 270 (violation established by the legislation of fire safety requirements) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
