In Chernivtsi region as a result of two dorozhno-transport incidents with participation of a minibus and two cars injuring five people, including 8-year-old girl.

As reported by the division of communications of the National police field, in particular, on the night of 3 August as a result of a rollover of a van on the bypass road in the village ostrytsia novoselitskogo district injured 8-year-old passenger.

Militiamen found out that in the direction of Chernivtsi on the car “Mercedes Benz Sprinter” from the village of Mahala moved the 41-year-old resident Kitsmansky area. It is noted that he lost control and allowed out of the minibus outside of the road with a subsequent rollover.

In addition to the driver in the car were three other passengers in particular, two minor children.

“During a road traffic accident 8-year-old girl received a closed fracture of the radial bone,” said the police.

Also on the night of 4 August in Chernivtsi was a collision of cars “Nissan Juke” and “Daewoo Lanos”.

At the scene officers of the Shevchenkivsky police established that 19-the summer driver of the car “Nissan” when turned allowed collision with the car “Daewoo Lanos” under control of 45-year-old resident Storozhynetsky area. In the accident injured the driver of the car and his three passengers aged 41-42 years. With injuries of varying severity was taken to a hospital.

On the specified facts of the accident investigators began criminal proceedings on signs of part 1 of article 286 (Violation of safety rules road hand or transport operation by the persons operating vehicles) the Criminal code of Ukraine.
