As the evaluator of the competition Pavel Bezruchko suggested that in the coming years, artificial intelligence will be actively used in the evaluation of people. “I think we are talking about the next few years. The contest “Leaders of Russia” is one of the projects of platform “Russia – country of opportunities”. This platform aims to support programs for youths, different social initiatives, as well as the development of the volunteer movement.

About the competition 11 October 2017, announced first Deputy head of presidential administration of the Russian Federation Sergey Kirienko. According to him, the contest “Leaders of Russia” should be “an open window in the managerial elite of tomorrow”. The event is held on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

Initially, the contest received about 200 thousand applications. In the final, which takes place in Sochi from 6 to 11 February, was held 300 people.
