Memorial for a long time is deserted.

The Holocaust memorial at the Jewish cemetery in Savran Odessa region destroyed as a result of natural processes, reported in a press-service of the Main Directorate of Ukraine in Odessa region.

Moreover, the destruction of the walls of the memorial happened about a month ago, which was informed by the local authorities.

In Savranskaya, RGA announced that the wall is only one element of the memorial, the past few years it was considered emergency. The memorial for a long time is deserted.

As reported, the head of the public organization “Ukrainian Jewish Committee” Eduard Dolinsky, referring to the Director of the Odessa Holocaust Museum Paul Kozlenko, said that unknown persons destroyed the memorial to the victims of the Holocaust at the new Jewish cemetery in Savran ‘ (Odessa region ).

“Memorial had been smashed to pieces, down to the smallest brick,” wrote E. Dolinsky on Wednesday in his Facebook page.
