As explained by the head of the Department of social welfare of the state of Bihar Atul Prasad to solve this problem, the state will begin to hire guards, transgender people and eunuchs.
“Recent incidents of rapes in shelters shocked us. Therefore, we plan to hire eunuchs guards”, – he said.
