In Kiev was forbidden to be outside without protection (mask or respirator). This is stated in the text of the order of the head of works on liquidation of emergency situation No. 12, which was published on the website of the KSCA.
“Monday, April 6, in the capital and in other cities of Ukraine, will operate the new restrictions, approved by government Decision No. 211. Also, the city government approved a new list of measures aimed at preventing the spread of coronavirus acute disease Covid-19. I understand that most of the restrictions can seem uncomfortable, but now we are talking about the health and lives of thousands of people of Kiev”, – said the first Deputy head of Kyiv city state administration Mykola Povoroznyk.
In particular, without personal protective equipment not allowed:
- in common areas (parks, including Hidropark, Logopark, parks, parks of culture and recreation), recreational areas, gardens, parks and playgrounds; plazas, boulevards, avenues, streets, alleys, driveways, pedestrian and Bicycle paths; underground passages; the beaches; the cemetery, other common areas);
- in the premises of state authorities and local self-government bodies, other state bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations (including enterprises of trade, services) of all forms of ownership, hotels and similar accommodation facilities of citizens, hostels, stations, and airports.
- in transport (including those working in the mode of specialized transportation) on public transport;
- on the local area; the territory of buildings and constructions of engineering protection of territories; the territories of enterprises, institutions, organizations and their assigned territories on the terms of the contract.

Earlier, the Cabinet explained that from April 6, the mask will need to wear in parks, doorways, elevators, subways, transport, etc. it was noted that the list of public places can expand.
