The minor driver has committed an accident in the Lugansk region, injured 4 people.

In Stanichno-Lugansk district, Luhansk region juvenile driver of the overturned car, in a traffic accident four people were injured.

As reported on Thursday, the Department of management of preventive activities of the National police in the Luhansk region, the accident occurred March 8 at about 16:25 in the village of petropavlivka.

Driving the car was underage driver who had no driving license, adequate driving skills.

“According to preliminary reports, 17-year-old driver of the car ZAZ didn’t choose the safe speed of movement, didn’t consider a road situation, lost control and overturned the vehicle,” – said in the message.

The accident injured four people.
