Today in front of the Supreme court of Russia from Moscow have been detained more than 50 Crimean Tatars, who participated in the action in support of activists of Bakhchisarai group “Hizb ut-Tahrir” condemned in the Russian Federation, reports gordonua.com.

“The Supreme court is considering an appeal against the verdict of the North Caucasus military district court in the case of Hizb ut-Tahrir (the first group of Bakhchisarai). Enver Mamutova , the court sentenced to 17 years imprisonment, Abilitarea Rustem, Abseitova Sewri and memetova Ramsey to nine years in prison each. The courthouse had gathered dozens of activists, they were detained after holding a rally in support of the defendants and against the persecution of Muslims in Crimea”, – wrote on his page in Facebook the journalist Anton NumLock</b>.
According to him, the Crimean Tatars were brought in two buses, each with about 30 people. Taking in the Meshchansky and Basmanny police Department.
The activists were under the building of court with posters “Our children are not terrorists”, “Stop repressions in the Crimea.”
“Hizb ut-Tahrir”, an international Islamic political organization, calling for the unification of all Muslim countries into a Caliphate, but rejects terrorist methods of struggle. Russia recognized terrorist organization in 2003, the activity of “Hizb ut-Tahrir” on the territory of the country. In the framework of the Ukrainian legislation “Hizb ut-Tahrir” is a legal organization. In Western Europe and North America it also is not prohibited, with the exception of administrative restrictions on its activities in Germany.
