As it became known, the Tver court of Moscow has appointed on 30 days of administrative arrest unregistered candidate to the Moscow city Duma Dmitry Gudkov, finding him guilty of repeated violation of the rules of organization and holding of the meeting July 14, reports “Russian Dialogue,” citing TASS.

According to the information received, the Protocol says that a politician was placed in social networks calls for participation in uncoordinated protests in Moscow on July 14.

“Recognize Gudkov guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 8 of article 20.2 of the administrative code (“the Repeated violation of the established procedure of organizing or holding meetings, rallies”) and assign him to 30 days of administrative arrest,” announced the judge.

According to the Protocol on administrative offense against Gudkov, July 14 in the center of Moscow has passed a mass and uncoordinated with Executive authorities of the event. On his Twitter page Gudkov voluntarily taking on the role of organizer of the event, posted calls to participate an indefinite number of persons in uncoordinated action, as stated in the Protocol.
