Today in Nikolaev, near the business center “Tekhnokontrakt” on Central Ave. about 14:00 there was a skirmish, during which he was wounded in the head by a local businessman. This was reported on the website of the state of national police of the Nikolaev region.
On this fact police initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 15, part 1 St. 115 “Attempt at a premeditated murder” Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from seven till fifteen years.
At the scene, led by chief GUNP Alexander by Anaheim, police command of field works investigative team, forensic investigators, CID and SRM.

The edition “news-N” said that the wounded man is known in Nikolaev the businessman Mikhail Titov known as “Cartoon”. Now it is in resuscitation BSMP.
There was an armed conflict involving firearms. As told by employees of a nearby carwash, they heard several shots. Then jumped into the street, they saw lying in a pool of blood on the pavement man. The victim from the scene by private car was taken to the hospital.
