News of Ukraine: the Decision of seaside district court of Odessa in custody without the right to bail took the suspect to participate in a terrorist organization.

In Odessa arrested suspected of involvement in a terrorist organization “LNR” .

As reported in a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region, on the eve of the petition of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region Seaside regional court the suspect in the promotion and participation in a terrorist organization elected a measure of restraint in form of detention without the right to bail.

Law enforcement authorities established that within March-April 2015 the suspect was involved in the fighting in the East of Ukraine as part of illegal armed terrorist organization “LNR”. So, in the so-called division “Cossack regiment” carried out resistance to lawful actions of employees of law enforcement bodies of Ukraine and the Armed forces of Ukraine, involved in the antiterrorist operation in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings under part 1 St. 258-3 (creation of terrorist group or organization) of the Criminal code of Ukraine is carried out by investigators of management of SBU in Odessa region.
