The strike against pension reform in France
In France, more than 800 thousand people staged street protests against the planned pension reform.
During the outbreak on 5 December a large-scale strike of transport workers in Paris have detained 90 people, according to local police in Twitter.
“During the protests, police and gendarmes held 11 490 checks, which 90 people were detained”, – is spoken in the message.
According to the interior Ministry, the demonstration came 806 thousand people. General Confederation of labour estimated the number of participants at 1.5 million people.

The participants in the strike to oppose planned government pension reforms. The energy transport workers joined teachers and hospital employees.
Due to protests in France stopped long-distance trains and commuter airlines are cutting the number of flights.
