Kiev. July 23. INTERFAX-UKRAINE – the Pokrovsk Donetsk region sent a helicopter force air support of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine to stabilize the situation during the counting of votes at District election Commission No. 50, reports a press-service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
“To stabilize the situation in OIC No. 50 in Pokrovsk during the counting of votes and to prevent complications of the operational situation decided to throw in the air reserves groups of special forces of national police force air support”,- stated in the message on the official website of MIA of Ukraine in the social network Facebook on Tuesday evening.
As previously reported, a protest action continues under the building of Dec №50 Monday, July 22, as a result, the electoral Commission №50 is not working.
“Observers in the district election Commission №50 has found evidence of violations of the electoral process, which the building of the OIC began a protest rally. The protesters have set up tents and started to build bus” – it is told in the message.
The police provides security on the territory of the EC. At the place of work documenting the group and group communication, and is the management of the regional Central Board and the local police.
According to the information about violations of the electoral process initiated pre-trial investigation under part 3 of article 157 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (obstruction of the exercise of electoral rights, influenced the election results).
