Two deminers were killed during the disposal of ordnance during the war. The explosion occurred on the forest.

Two soldiers were killed and four wounded in the explosion during the disposal of ammunition, told journalists the representative of the General staff of the armed forces Marek Pawlak, RIA Novosti reported.

“The explosion of ammunition occurred in forest areas. It is about five artillery shells,” – said Pawlak.

“Six injured in the bomb squad. Two of them died on the spot. Two people seriously injured and taken by helicopter to hospitals. Injury remaining soldiers lighter – in the hospital they were taken by ambulances,” – said the military.

At city hall, Forge Raciborska, Silesian Voivodeship, where the tragedy occurred, said that in the forest where it happened, since the Second world war left many unexploded munitions.
