MOSCOW, 7 Aug. /TASS/. The head EMERCOM of Russia Vladimir Puchkov has imposed a state of emergency in the Primorye territory, where torrential rains flooded more than 1.4 thousand homes. He stated this during a conference call Monday.

“We are introducing a state of emergency on the territory of Primorsky Krai”, – said the Minister. He stressed the need to take control of all issues related to the provision of transport accessibility and functioning of energy supply.

“I ask the national control centre in crisis situations (EMERCOM) to take control of the restoration movement on the railroad and bring all the necessary information about delays of trains on the line to all residents of the Russian Federation”, – he stressed.
