Users who are not tested, the messenger is obliged to prevent the sending of messages. The mobile operator in turn should add to its database as information about how the application is used by the subscriber, and a unique identification code.

All respondents TASS on the eve of the entry into force of the decree of the government mobile operators (Beeline, MTS, MegaFon and Tele2) has stated it is ready to meet the new requirements.
