During telephone talks on the 21st of may the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel and President of France Emmanuel macron discussed the situation in Ukraine and the exit from the crisis, according to the Kremlin website.

The leaders of three countries agreed of the need to adhere to the Minsk agreements and enshrined them in the complex of measures on peaceful settlement of the situation in the Donbass, reported in the Kremlin.

Putin said that Russia has priority special status of Donbas, and the separatists need to guarantee Amnesty. In addition, the leader of Russia considers it necessary to establish a direct dialogue between Kiev and “LDNR”.

The leaders of Russia, Germany and France also discussed the language law, which defines Ukrainian as the state language. In the Kremlin the law on the Ukrainian language, called violates the Constitution of Ukraine and discriminatory, and expressed surprise at the refusal of some countries to discuss the UN security Council.
