Ukraine news: In the night of Tuesday, June 5, in the Black sea in Odessa region unknown shot 54-year-old member of the city Council.

Black sea police are investigating the circumstances of the injured deputies of the local Council. About it reported in Department of communications of GUNP in Odessa region.

“Previously it is established that the event happened at about midnight near the house of the victim. His car ran unknown and, having made some shots from the traumatic weapon through the driver’s window, the scene disappeared. 54-year-old man was hospitalized with traumatic injuries of the hip. His life threatens nothing”, – noted in police.

On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 121 (deliberate heavy injury) Criminal code of Ukraine.

Measures for establishment and detention of the perpetrator of the offence . The investigation is continuing.
