In the President’s Office confirmed that at the Donbass began the exchange of detainees with ORDO. This is stated in the Telegram-channel OP.

Ukraine returns 19 of its citizens who were in captivity in the temporarily occupied territories. Given the quarantine, after returning to the liberated Ukrainians will go to the visual observation.

Mutual release of detained persons takes place in the framework of the format “all for all”.

“For President Vladimir Zelensky and for the Ukrainian government in General is valuable to everyone who is illegally held in the occupied territories or in another country. Ukraine must release all of its citizens”, – stated in the message.

Negotiations are continuing on the release of Ukrainians who are on the territory of the occupied Crimea and in Russia.
