MOSCOW, July 23. /TASS/. Sixty-nine families in the Moscow region relocated from emergency housing until the end of summer 2018 in a new apartment. About it on Monday have informed in a press-service of the Ministry of property relations of Moscow region.

“Six families in the Necklace of the Kashirsky district will receive the apartment on pioneer street (D. 20), and in the Serpukhov will be able to move 63 families. According to the Ministry of construction of Moscow region, the current program of resettlement of people from dilapidated housing is divided into two stages. The first was implemented from 2013 to 2015 and allowed to settle 228,3 thousand square meters of houses considered uninhabitable until January 1, 2012.

The second stage started in 2016 and completed in 2019, it is calculated on the resettlement of houses considered emergency until January 1, 2015. The government of Moscow region expect to the end of 2019 to resettle more than 15 thousand people from 246,5 thousand square meters of housing in disrepair.

According to the Governor of Moscow region Andrei Vorobyov, a new program of resettlement of dilapidated housing could begin from 2020. It will include about 300 thousand sq. m.
