MOSCOW, March 18. /TASS/. State Duma deputies from “United Russia” believe that the reunification of the Crimea with Russia, the third anniversary of which is celebrated on Saturday, had a historic and vital for the inhabitants of the Peninsula and the whole country value.

According to Neverov, March 18 was the day when “Russia has made it clear to the world: no man left behind”. “Time has shown what a tragedy in the Crimea and Sevastopol managed to avert a war,” he said.

“The most important thing they say today the inhabitants of the Crimea: on the Peninsula there is no war. A house, live people. All are aware that the fate of Donbass Crimean saved Russia”, – said, for his part, first Deputy head of the faction “United Russia” in the state Duma Victor Pinsky.

“This is an important event, one might even say, brought us a sense of real patriotism and a real pride for the country. Recognizing the difficulties, Pinsky stated the obvious changes in the lives of the residents. “Russian citizens with Crimean registration are actively exploring their country. For his part, the Chairman of the Duma Committee for security and combating corruption Vasily Piskarev said that legislators “work is underway aimed at creating the most comfortable and favorable conditions for adaptation of the region into the Russian Federation”. “Our duty is to provide a happy and dignified, and safe life for every inhabitant of the Peninsula,” – said the MP.

Crimean spring

Three years ago, on 18 March 2014, Russian President Vladimir Putin made an appeal to the Federal Assembly, in which they informed about the proposals of the parliaments of the Crimea and Sevastopol on reunification of the Peninsula with Russia. After that, the head of state and Prime Minister of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov, the head of Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov and the people’s mayor of Sevastopol Alexey Chaly signed an agreement on education in the Russian Federation new constituent entities.

Across Russia held solemn meetings and concerts in honor of these historical events.
