The winner of the presidential elections in Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky is not ready to make concessions to the Russian Federation. In an interview with The Daily Beast said the wife of the newly elected head of the Ukrainian state Elena Zelensky, reports “Russian conversation”.

“It is impossible to start from scratch. I don’t think that in the near future there will be direct bilateral negotiations (between Kiev and Moscow – ed.)”, she said.

While the newly minted first lady of Ukraine stressed that Zelensky is ready to negotiate with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the presence of world leaders.

In addition, she urged the Russian leadership not to waste time “seducing Ukrainian citizens Russian passports”.

Zelensky called the Ukrainians “a free people in a free country”.

“Ukrainian citizenship means freedom, dignity and honor,” she added.
