GROZNY, June 25. /TASS/. The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov on Monday signed a decree on the appointment of 46-year-old mayor of Grozny Muslim Huchiev for the post of Chairman of the government of the region, Kadyrov said in the Telegram.

Earlier, the Chechen Parliament approved the nomination hucieva.

Muslim Huchiev in 1994 he graduated from the journalism faculty of Moscow state University. In 2009 he received the diploma of the Russian Academy of state service under the President of the Russian Federation (state and municipal management), in 2018 at the same University graduated with a masters degree in Economics.

He began his career in Moscow as a correspondent of the program “Screen of criminal messages” broadcaster RTR, has worked in the information service of TV channel “Business Russia” VGTRK. Since 2004 he began to work in the presidential administration and government of Chechnya, he held various positions, including the position of the first Deputy head of the presidential administration and the government of the Republic.

From 2010 to 2012, he was mayor of Grozny, in August 2015, he was re-elected to this position in January 2016 appointed as the assistant head of the Chechen Republic on cooperation with the media. Married, with five children.
