Karasev previously worked for two Derby between “Dynamo” and “Spartak” (2:2), as well as between CSKA and “Locomotive” (1:3) – in the first rounds of the championship of Russia. In recent years, he is the only Russian referee who has worked at major international tournaments. Since 2008 he serves matches of the Russian championship in 2016 was working at the games of the European championship in France, and also in the football tournament of the Olympic games in Rio de Janeiro. This year Russians served of the meeting of the youth world championship in South Korea and worked regularly in the Champions League and Europa League.
