The Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin on the first day of consideration of the claim of Ukraine against Russia in the International court of justice stated that the Ukraine wishes to achieve a fair solution to the main court.

According to Klimkin, the Hague, the Ukrainian authorities intend to defend the rights of Ukrainians and to ensure a fair decision on the claim, which implies the conviction of Russia, according to “Russian conversation”.

“In the Hague today the first hearing of Ukraine against Russia. Our main goal is to protect the lives and rights of Ukrainians. Believe in international law and justice,” he wrote in his “Twitter”.

We will remind, on Monday, 6 March, the international court of justice in the Hague gathered for the first session under the claim of Ukraine against Russia. Kiev insists that Russia had violated the two conventions of the organization for the suppression of the financing of terrorism and the elimination of racial discrimination.
