Konstantin Borovoy
Ex-Deputy of the state Duma took the decision urgently to leave Russia because of the continuing surveillance of him.
A former President of the Russian commodity exchange, and the Deputy of the state Duma of the second convocation Konstantin Borovoy said in an interview with “Voice of America” that asked for political asylum in the United States. He moved there in 2014.
According to Borovoy, 2014 “started to happen quite strange things”: for them was organized a Stakeout, he was offered to start a business (offered to anyone, Borovoy does not specify. In 2015 he moved to Los Angeles. “And when now began surveillance, serious, professional, I decided just in case to ask for political asylum. Unfortunately, I will not be able to travel to Russia for five years” he said.
