PJSC “holding company (HC) “Kyivmiskbud” (Kiev), one of the largest developers in Ukraine, plans in 2018 to increase the volume of commissioning of housing by 50% compared with the year 2017 – up to 450 thousand square meters.
“This year we plan to hand over 450 thousand sq. m. Over the last five years 2018-yy will be a record amount of occupancy. In General “Kyivmiskbud” in 2017 has passed more than 300 thousand square meters”, – said the President “Kievgorstroy” Igor Kushnir in interview to Agency “Interfax-Ukraine”.
According to him, last year “Kyivmiskbud” has started the construction of five new residential complexes.
In General, the total investment in projects in 2017 amounted to 4 billion UAH.
“In 2018 we will begin another seven objects. I hope that in 2018 and in subsequent years, the planned investments will grow in arithmetic progression,” – said I. Kushnir.
According to him, in 2017, “Kyivmiskbud” has increased the volume of home sales by 10% in monetary terms compared with the year 2016 and 15% in square meters.
“Last year, the share of purchase mortgages was 15%. In 2016, the mortgage was not contracts at all. About 25-30% of the buyers in 2017 took installments, while in 2016 this figure was somewhat lower. This is due to the fact that last year, “Kyivmiskbud” has given the market a number of new objects, term of installments that are long enough, and also extension of the range of implementation,” – said the President of the company.
He also noted that 10% of all purchases of housing in the project “Kievgorstroy” be firm, 90% – private investors.
HC “Kyivmiskbud” was created on the basis of the property of the state municipal construction company Kyivmiskbud in 1994 by combining its share capital controlling stakes in 28 companies and other assets. The composition includes 40 HC JSC, in which the company owns shares in six subsidiaries, 51 enterprises on the rights of an associate member.
“Kyivmiskbud” at the end of 2016, increased its net profit by 9.8% compared to 2015 year – on-year to 99.9 million.
The main shareholder of “HC “Kyivmiskbud”, according to the securities Commission, by January 2018 is the Kyiv city Council (80%).
By the end of 2014, in addition to city Council, the shareholders of “Kyivmiskbud” was also a member of its audit of the Commission Valentina Lyashenko (0,004%), head revceive Olga Miller (0,003%) and the head of the Board, President I. Kushnir (20 shares).
The registered capital of HC “Kyivmiskbud” is 16,535 million.
