City inspectors completed a pre-trial investigation on the fact of fraud with means of payment of solidarity for the transfer of the player, according to the Department of communication of the police of Kiev.
“Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the National police in Kiev under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutor of Kyiv completed pre-trial investigation on the fact of fraudulent appropriation of money which was meant for youth school for the transfer of an athlete”, – stated in the message.
So, militiamen established that in 2017, was signed the contract on transition of the player from the football club of Ukrainian Premier League in one of the German clubs in the Bundesliga.
“Under the terms of the contract between the clubs in specialized youth school, where he studied the athlete, had to do part payment of solidarity. However, the payment was listed one of the NGOs of the title tune, which had no relationship to the athlete,” added the police.
So, the children’s sports school caused material damage amounting to more than UAH 5 million.
By results of studying of materials about the funds, the city inspectors reported the suspected co-founder and Chairman of the Board of public organization in the Commission of a crime under part 4 St. 190 (fraud) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
Now pre-judicial investigation on the specified facts is completed. During the investigation, partially compensated the caused losses worth more than UAH 3.5 million.
The indictment is sent to the Pechersky district court of Kiev.
According to the media, we are talking about the transition midfielder Andriy Yarmolenko of FC “Dynamo” in “Dortmund”.
As reported, Yarmolenko moved to Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2017. For the transfer of the player of Dynamo Kiev received 25 million euros. Chernihiv sports school “Youth” appealed to FIFA because of non-payment, in their opinion, “payment solidarity” for the transfer of his pupil.
13 Jan FC “Dynamo” reported that the chamber of dispute resolution FIFA confirmed that “Dynamo” has paid the “Youth” of 150 thousand euros as payment of solidarity for Andriy Yarmolenko’s transfer to Borussia Dortmund.
